Our Story And How It All Started
Chef Moe has been in the food and beverage industry since he was 14 years old, at the folds of the Mediterranean Sea in Alexandria, Egypt. His passion for food was substantiated by a 7,000 year-old culture. His experience and knowledge were greatly enhanced by a tremendous culinary educational experience in Egypt, France, and Switzerland. Chef Moe decision to bring the taste of Mediterranean Cuisine with European fusion has become a tremendous success! Chef Moe prides himself on being genuine and authentic bringing those unique qualities directly to your table.
